Clover Cans uses the Australia Post to ensure safe tracking and delivery of your goods. However, should your parcel be delayed, go missing or get damaged in transit we will endeavour to assist where there is a legitimate claim. Clover Canes cannot be held responsible for lost, delayed or undelivered items.
You will receive a confirmation email from Clover Canes to confirm your order has been placed. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from Clover Canes with tracking information. If you don’t receive an email, please check your junk mailbox and/or that the email address you have provided is correct. Please email us at [email protected] with your Order Number to check the status of your order.
If there is a delivery failure not caused by Clover Canes (for example, an item is returned to sender/undelivered due to an incorrect address provided), Clover Canes can resend the item once postage fees for re-delivery are paid.
Standard Shipping for in-stock takes 3-16 business days for delivery. Processing times are an estimate only. Please be aware there may be some delays during and following any sale/promotional events and any exhibition’s we attend throughout the year. We do not ship on NSW Public Holidays.
International postage charges are determined by the zone your destination country belongs to.
We are able to ship internationally via Australia Post/EMS or DHL Express International. Upon checkout, you will be provided with the relevant options once you have entered your address.
You are able to collect your order from our warehouse in Silverwater, NSW. Please select ‘click and collect’ at checkout. Click and Collect Orders are available for collection from our warehouse the next business day.
