What is Clover Canes weight restrictions?

This Cane is designed for users that weigh up to 113kg. Canes are not intended to be used like a crutch for full weight support, canes are intended only for balance.

How do I care for my cane?

Caring for your walking cane is important to ensure its longevity and functionality. Here are some tips on how to care for your walking cane:

  1. Store your cane properly: When you’re not using your cane, store it in a dry, cool place. Avoid exposing it to extreme temperatures or humidity. A closet or hallway stand would be ideal.
  2. Use a mild cleaning solution: If your cane gets dirty, use a mild cleaning solution (such as soap and water) to gently wipe it down. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that can damage the surface.
  3. Check the tip of your cane from time to time: The tip of your cane can wear out over time, especially if you use it frequently. A worn out tip can cause it to slip on some surfaces. Change the tip when needed.
  4. Avoid excessive force or pressure: Don’t lean too heavily on your cane, as this can cause it to break or bend. Use your cane for support, but don’t put too much pressure on it.
  5. Use your cane properly: Make sure you’re using your cane correctly, as this can help prevent damage. Place the cane on the ground and lean on it for support as you walk.

What is your return Policy for Clover Canes?

If you receive a product that does not suit your needs or believe that you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of purchase with your order details and photos of any issues. We will do our best to assist. If we are not able to assist, we will offer a full refund or exchange.

All Clover Canes carbon fibre canes are designed to be specific to certain types of users. If you are unsure about which cane is best suited to your needs, please contact us for assistance before making a purchase. Customers are responsible for any return postage costs associated with incorrectly ordered items.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that are not in a merchantable condition. All returned items must be in their original packaging, including accessories. To request an exchange or return, please contact us in the first instance.

My product has arrived damaged or faulty, what do I do?

If your product is delivered damaged or faulty, please contact us within 30 days of purchase with photo evidence of the fault. Please refer to our Return Policy for further details.

Please note: We may request the item be disposed of or returned to us at our discretion. We do not dispatch replacement cane until the damaged/faulty item is received back.

I have ordered the incorrect item, what do I do?

If the product you have ordered and received is not the correct, please contact us within 30 days of purchase with photo evidence and we will organise to either refund or exchange the product for you.

The customer will be responsible for return postage costs for return or exchanges relating to incorrect item/s ordered. Please refer to our Return Policy for further details.

I have received the incorrect item for my order, what do I do??

If you believe that the product you have received is incorrect for your order, please contact us within 30 days of purchase with photo evidence of the incorrect item and we will organise to either refund or exchange the product for you.

When returning an incorrect item sent, a prepaid return label will be provided. We will not reimburse any postage costs paid should you not wait for a prepaid label to be authorised and provided.  Please refer to our Return Policy for further details.

Who do you ship with?

We generally use Australia Post to ensure safe tracking and delivery of your order within Australia. We provide Australia Post/EMS and DHL International Express as options for international orders.

Do you ship Clover Canes overseas and to PO Boxes??

Yes, we can ship your order to anywhere that will accept deliveries.

Clover Canes uses the Australia Post to ensure safe tracking and delivery of your goods. However, should your parcel be delayed, go missing or get damaged in transit we will endeavour to assist where there is a legitimate claim. Clover Canes cannot be held responsible for lost, delayed or undelivered items.

You will receive a confirmation email from Clover Canes to confirm your order has been placed. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from Clover Canes with tracking information. If you don’t receive an email, please check your junk mailbox and/or that the email address you have provided is correct. Please email us at [email protected] with your Order Number to check the status of your order.

Please note: Where part of your order is on backorder, your order will be sent when the backorder item/s are available for shipping.

If there is a delivery failure not caused by Clover Canes (for example, an item is returned to sender/undelivered due to an incorrect address provided), Clover Canes can resend the item once postage fees for re-delivery are paid.

Can I pick up my order from Clover Canes warehouse??

We are able to arrange for collection of your order from our warehouse in Silverwater, Sydney, NSW.

Please contact us before placing an order online to arrange collection from our warehouse.

My item is on back order, how long will it take for delivery?

If you have placed an order for an item on backorder, your order will be fulfilled once the item is back in stock. Please allow approximately 30 days for delivery. Please be aware that 30 days is an estimate only and delivery times vary. We ship all backorder items once we receive them in stock in our Warehouse.

Where part of your order is on backorder, your order will be fulfilled once the backorder item/s arrives back in stock.
